Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and Australia

Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order. After that, it is shipped out from one of two factories within the U.S. The estimated shipping times following order fulfillment are as follows:

• USA: 3-4 business days
  
• Australia: 18-19 business days
  
  
  

As one would expect, the aforementioned time frame does not account for unexpected delays which is typically out of our control.

If the item is returned back to the sender due to wrong address, or if the item was unclaimed by the customer, the customer will be expected to cover the cost of return shipping (when shipped back to you).
