Refund policy
At this time, we don't offer returns or exchanges. Please ensure you check our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered could be mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at dreamycompass1@proton.me within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
If an item is not received between a month - 45 days customers may be eligible for a reprint or refund.
Please note, that if our tracking information indicates that it has been delivered, we will not be responsible for any reprints or refunds. Please check with your local carrier about the issue.

Please ensure you follow the care instructions that are on every product page. They are provided to ensure that the print stays crisp for as long as possible. It is not considered our fault if customers are negligible with product care. While there may be alternative care instructions on the label, that is regarding the fabric itself, not the print. Thus, please follow the instructions presented.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive incorrect or damaged items, as well as items that are lost-in-transit. If any of these apply, please contact us at dreamycompass1@proton.me and add photos of wrong/damaged items. We will do our upmost best to assist with the concern.
